Sonoran Sunrise is a naturally occurring combination of chrysocolla, cuprite and iron. It hails from the Milpillas mine in Sonora, Mexico. In this particularly unique stone, we have the unusual formation of some kind of little plant like shape formed of chrysocolla against the striking red of the cuprite.
